We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong leadership skills to oversee financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The role involves managing a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy in financial statements, and handling statutory requirements including Income Tax, GST, and other regulatory compliances. The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and capable of guiding the accounting team to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger management, and reconciliations. Manage Income Tax filings, GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors. Provide financial analysis, forecasts, and MIS reports for management decision-making. Guide junior accountants, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance. Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
