जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• दिन-प्रतिदिन की अकाउंटिंग ऑपरेशन्स संभालना ।
• प्रोजेक्ट कॉस्ट स्टेटमेंट्स, MIS रिपोर्ट्स और कैश फ्लो स्टेटमेंट तैयार करना और समीक्षा करना।
• एकाउंट्स पेएबल व रिसीवेबल मैनेज करना (वेंडर पेमेंट्स, क्लाइंट कलेक्शन और रिकन्सिलिएशन)।
• GST, TDS और अन्य वैधानिक आवश्यकताओं का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
• क्लाइंट्स, वेंडर्स और आंतरिक टीमों के साथ समन्वय करना ताकि कार्य सुचारू रूप से पूरा हो।

आवश्यकताएँ:

• अनुभव: अकाउंटिंग में 5–8 वर्ष का अनुभव।
• प्रोजेक्ट अकाउंटिंग, टैक्सेशन (GST, TDS) और कंप्लायंस का मजबूत ज्ञान।
• ERP/Tally, एडवांस एक्सेल और फाइनेंशियल रिपोर्टिंग टूल्स में दक्षता।
• उत्कृष्ट विश्लेषणात्मक, समस्या-समाधान और संवाद कौशल।
• स्वतंत्र रूप से काम करने और एक छोटी फाइनेंस टीम का नेतृत्व करने की क्षमता।

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

We are hiring an SENIOR ACCOUNTANT to support the finance department by managing daily accounting tasks and reporting. We are the right fit for a person who takes full ownership of their work, values accuracy and transparency in finance, and is ready to work in the accounts function with responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor day-to-day accounting operations at both site and corporate office.
• Handle all cash and bank transactions, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Maintain petty cash and ensure timely settlement of advances.
• Utilize Advanced Excel for data analysis, MIS reports, pivot tables, VLOOKUP.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Tally ERP or any standard accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting).
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
