Sr Accountant Vacancy in Manufacturing Company

The client is an Indo-Italian JV in Gas Meter manufacturing business with world class manufacturing plant in Talegaon MIDC, Pune. A pioneer in Gas meter manufacturing in India, the company aims to not only support the Made in India initiative but also finally become a local powerhouse of manufacturing to export to the world.

About Vacancy:

• Job Title : Sr. Accountant
• Department : Accounts & Finance
• Location : Pune (Talegaon)
• Region : India
• CTC : 5-7 Lacs P.A (salary is no bar for the right candidate)
• Preference to immediate joiner

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Maintain or handle day-to-day accounting.
• 2. Coordinate and prepare tax compliance to ensure accurate and timely reporting (income tax return, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC & PT Returns
• 3. Cost control & variances
• 4. Creating sales & purchase orders
• 5. Monitor monthly cash flow to ensure liquidity
• 6. Check & Upload vendor payment (Local & International)
• 7. Prepare bank reconciliations.

Must have Attributes.

• 1. Core Accounting knowledge, principles & practical experience
• 2. Corporate experience of at least 3 years
• 3. SAP BYD Experience
• 4. Ability to work with deadlines.

Desirable Attributes

• 1. Exposure to multicultural / JV environment
• 2. Basic communication skills including stakeholder management
• 3. Some exposure to Govt / PPP businesses.

Background & Experience Attributes

• 1. CA Inter/M.com/B.com
• 2. 5-7 Years of Experience
