Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal policies. Work on Busy Accounting Software for data entry, billing, and financial reporting. Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculation, deduction, payment & filing of returns. Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR). Manage GST filings, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and maintain related documentation. Prepare and submit PF and ESIC Challans on time. Assist in monthly/quarterly/year-end closings and audits. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or related field. Proven experience in accounting with knowledge of Busy Software. Strong working knowledge of TDS, GST, ITR, PF, and ESIC. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
