 Job Post: Senior Tax Compliance Accountant​(Specialist in Income Tax & GST) ​📍 Location: Udhana, Surat (Gujarat) www.taxlitigater.com ​💵 Salary: ₹28,000 to ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience) ​⏰ Job Type: Full-Time, Day Shift (6 Days a week) ​About Our Firm ​We are a reputed Tax Litigation and Consultancy firm in Surat, managing tax compliance and legal matters for various corporate and non-corporate clients. ​The Role (Compliance Specialist)​We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant to independently handle end-to-end client compliance under Income Tax and GST laws. This role is crucial for our firm's compliance division. ​Key Responsibilities (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE)​GST Compliance (Primary Focus):​Filing of all GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C) for multiple clients. ​Detailed GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation and addressing ITC mismatches. ​Assisting partners with replies to GST notices. ​Income Tax & TDS:​Complete management of TDS compliance (calculation, challans, quarterly return filing - 24Q/26Q). ​Preparation and review of various Income Tax Returns (ITR-3, 5, 6, etc.). ​Preparing working papers for Tax Audit (Form 3CD). ​Client Management: Handling client communication regarding data needs and compliance statuses. ​Mandatory Requirements​Experience: Minimum 4 to 7 years working in a CA Firm or Tax Consultancy firm. ​Education: B.Com (required); M.Com, CA Inter, or LL.B. is a strong plus. ​Expert Knowledge: Deep, practical knowledge of GST and Income Tax laws (especially TDS provisions). ​Software Proficiency: Expert in compliance software (e.g., Genius /ClearTax/Gen GST) and MS Excel.
