Senior Accountant (Export Bills- Document Knowledge Required)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of Export-Import accounting, documentation, and compliance. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting activities, manage export transactions, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and record all export-related financial transactions (invoicing, payments, freight, insurance, etc.).
• Prepare and verify export invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other statutory documents.
• Reconcile bank accounts related to export proceeds and track realization of export payments.
• Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agents), shipping lines, and freight forwarders for timely document submission.
• Maintain proper records for GST, LUT, Duty Drawback, MEIS/RODTEP, and other export incentives.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, FEMA, and DGFT regulations.
• Handle accounting entries for foreign currency transactions and manage forex gain/loss adjustments.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports, balance sheets, and financial statements.
• Liaise with internal teams, auditors, and government authorities regarding export accounts and compliance.
• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis related to exports.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
