Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable accounting regulations. Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting entries, including journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations. Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management to support decision-making. Stay updated on the latest accounting and regulatory trends to ensure the company adheres to all relevant standards. Train and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior accounting role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Experience with accounting software in tally Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
