Reports To Senior International and Consolidation Accounting Manager What You Will Be Doing Accounting and Reconciliation : 1- Balance Sheet Reconciliations 2- Intercompany accounting and reconciliation 3- Accrual, adjustment, reclass, FX clearing entries 4- Subledger vs ledger reconciliation 5- Flux analysis Statutory Audit/compliance: 1- Work with statutory auditor/local compliance firm in India and EU entities and provide items as per PBC list 2- Audited financial statement to company financial tie out 2- Post statutory adjustment entries 4- Cross functional collaboration on audit items such as revenue, cost etc. 5- Ensure audit timeline is met and all pending items are answered within schedule 6- Should have experience in Austria, Germany, Italy, France GAAP Additional responsibilities: 1- Should have experience to work under strict timelines to meet goals 2- Willing to support international accounting manager and senior international accounting and consolidation manager both in same day 3- Prepared to work in extended hours as 3-4 hours in night that overlaps per PST timing 4- Ready to work on projects in case of requirement Qualifications / Skills Ability to work independently and with deadlines Attention to detail Organized Responsible Ability to manage multiple projects Thoroughness Adept at analyzing information Adaptive Ability to strengthen team and coordinate activities for local India accounting team Excellent analytical and time management skills Excellence in English both verbal and written, additional second language is preferred Strong computer skills and functionality with the Microsoft Office® suite of products Must be in Gurgaon or nearby location Education and Experience Requirements: Minimal Bachelor's Degree in accounting or tax, preferred Minimal 6-8 years relevant accounting include 3-4 years working knowledge of audits or European audits 3-5 years managerial experience Location Gurgaon, India We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
