Senior Accountant

Job Description

Financial strategic planning, analysis, accounting, and reporting - develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures; ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met; prepare all supporting information for the annual audit; prepare timely finance utilization reports for CSR partners and other donors; develop and maintain financial accounting systems; reconcile bank accounts; manage the cash flow and forecasts in accordance with policy; manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate; prepare annual charitable trust return. Ensure Payroll preparation and administration, incl. employees’ PF, benefits plan;ESIC statutory remittances and compliance. Budget preparation; project management accounting; provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects; evaluate the need for new technology to meet the organization's financial data processing, control, and reporting requirements. Profile:- M.Com and prefer CA-Inter/ ICWA Inter with at least 01 to 05 years of finance management experience; heading finance Department for at least 2 years - Prefer in the NGO sector. Good knowledge of Tally Prime accounting software nd MS offfice.
