Job Description

Job Title: Senior Accountant Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and leadership ability to guide the accounts team. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, and general ledger. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/annual closing. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Handle audits, coordinate with auditors, and ensure timely completion. Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts. Guide and supervise junior accountants and support staff. Reconcile bank statements and oversee payroll processing. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all financial transactions.
