Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations (payables, receivables, payroll, reconciliations).
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, ROC filings).
Handle budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
Supervise and guide junior accountants/accounts staff.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.
Develop and implement internal financial controls and processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
