Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and finalize accounts, balance sheet, and profit & loss statements.
• Handle GST filing, TDS, Income Tax, PF & ESIC compliances.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Draft letters, emails, and reports – good English writing skills required.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and assist in budgeting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
• 4–6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing/trading firm.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Only Kanpur-based candidates will be considered.
