Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Sinnar Industrial area, Nashik. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial statements, reconciliations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role will include supervising accounting staff, conducting audits, preparing budgets, and analyzing financial data to support strategic decisions. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will handle tax filings and work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes. Qualifications ERP knowledge is a must Proficiency in managing financial statements, reconciliations, and financial reporting Experience in supervising accounting staff and conducting audits Skills in preparing budgets and analyzing financial data Knowledge of tax filings and regulatory compliance Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred) Experience in the mining or construction industry is a plus
