Senior Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong background in working at a Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm. The ideal candidate should have expertise in accounting software, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting, along with excellent client management skills. This role requires someone who can handle complex accounts independently, manage client relationships, and is comfortable with occasional travel for client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end accounting operations for multiple clients.
• Handle statutory compliance including Income Tax, TDS, GST, and other regulatory filings.
• Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Work extensively on Tally ERP and maintain up-to-date books of accounts.
• Use Advanced Excel for MIS reports, financial analysis, and data management.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide advisory support on accounting and tax matters.
• Travel to client sites as required for audits, reviews, or client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
