About the Company

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete

  accounts-related operations

  as the single point of responsibility.
• Record and manage

  journal entries

  purchase/sales entries

  bookkeeping

• Finalize

  books of accounts

  and manage

  e-invoicing

  and

  e-way bills

  .
• Ensure

  GST compliance

  , prepare reconciliations, and manage

  e-returns

  and

  TDS filings

  .
• Manage other statutory dues like

  Profession Tax

  and

  Shop & Establishment renewals

  .
• Perform

  bank reconciliations

  ,

  e-payments

  , and manage

  cash flow

  effectively.
• Maintain

  director’s personal accounts

  , including

  rental invoicing

  and

  payment follow-ups

  .
• Lead

  annual budgeting

  ,

  variance reporting

  , and provide

  financial forecasts

  .
• Support management with

  financial analysis

  and

  strategic insights

  for decision-making.
• Liaise with

  auditors, tax authorities, and banks

  during audits and compliance reviews.
• Implement

  internal controls

  to mitigate financial risks and identify

  cost-saving opportunities

  .
• Present

  financial reports and performance updates

  to senior management.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  General Accounting, Taxation, GST, and TDS

• Proficient in

  Tally

  and

  GST software

  .
• Must have experience working on jewellery industry
• Advanced skills in

  MS Excel and MS Office

  for reporting and calculations.
• Excellent
