About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Director (Marketing) to lead the development of impactful, culturally relevant brand narratives across social and digital ecosystems. The role requires a strategic and creative leader who can guide both clients and internal teams in crafting brand presences that resonate deeply with audiences. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating cultural and consumer insights into campaigns that drive engagement, relevance, and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Brand Director will be responsible for managing key client partnerships across marketing and social accounts, aligning creative objectives with business goals, and building long-term relationships grounded in trust and clarity. The role involves overseeing social-led brand strategy and creative direction to ensure all content and campaigns contribute to a cohesive and compelling brand story.

The incumbent will lead platform-native strategy development, enabling teams to design for audience behavior and platform nuances across channels such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others. They will collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver campaigns that actively participate in culture and community while meeting performance objectives.

A key aspect of this role includes mentoring and developing Senior Brand Partners and Strategists, fostering growth in strategic thinking, creative craft, and client management. The Senior Brand Director will be expected to translate audience and cultural insights into actionable strategies and ideas, driving innovation and creative excellence.

Additionally, the position entails identifying new business opportunities within existing client relationships and contributing to the ongoing growth and evolution of the marketing and social capabilities of the organization. Maintaining the integrity of the creative vision while ensuring timely delivery and performance outcomes will be an essential responsibility.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of eight years of experience in digital marketing, social strategy, or brand communications, preferably within a creative, digital, or culture-driven agency.
  • Proven experience in leading social-first campaigns that deliver meaningful engagement, cultural relevance, and brand impact.
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, creator ecosystems, and audience behaviors, with the ability to help brands navigate and engage authentically.
  • Strong strategic and creative capabilities with the ability to balance innovation, brand consistency, and measurable performance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing relationships with senior clients, creative teams, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams toward shared creative and strategic goals.
  • A high degree of curiosity, cultural awareness, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Experience working on integrated campaigns that combine social, content, creator collaborations, and experiential activations will be an advantage.
