Our company supports clients through flexible creative subscriptions and hourly bundles, offering a wide range of services including UI/UX design, motion graphics, videos, brand identity, and social content. We are currently experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a talented 2D Animator & Motion Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our clients" ideas to life through animated explainers, product demos, social reels, and branded visuals. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping how startups communicate, pitch their ideas, and grow their businesses. This position is remote and can be either full-time or on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and will be working with the GoDesyn team, which is a full-stack creative team dedicated to supporting startups and lean teams. We are looking for a cross-functional creative professional who excels at the intersection of motion design and editing. Whether you are creating assets from scratch or animating provided files, you should possess the ability to craft a visually compelling story with rhythm, clarity, and flair. This role calls for a creative who is equal parts writer, conceptual thinker, and message architectcomfortable jumping from high-level campaign platforms to finely tuned UX copy. Youre good at Building narrative frameworks that elevate creative concepts and connect with audiences emotionally and intellectually. Writing clear, compelling copy that serves both brand purpose and business goalsacross every channel. Collaborating across disciplines to merge copy, design, and strategy into unified storytelling. Leading with curiosity and creativity while delivering against tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Presenting work persuasively and articulating the why behind every word choice. Working with agility across a wide variety of industries, tones, and content types. What You&aposll Bring 4-6 years of agency, brand, or studio experience, with a standout portfolio that showcases narrative range, originality, and clarity. A degree in Advertising, Journalism, Communications, Creative Writingor equivalent hands-on storytelling experience. Mastery of grammar, syntax, and storytelling structure; you know how to pace a message and when to break the rules. Experience crafting campaign platforms, voice/tone guides, product copy, brand manifestos, scripts, social content, and more. Proven ability to inspire and mentor creative teams while also rolling up your sleeves and diving into the work. You have excellent English language skills; other languages may be requested in certain locations. This is a hands-on role where youll help run our social engine, from research and trend spotting to posting, scheduling, and engagement. If you’re curious about tech, love writing, have an eye for (basic) design, and want to build a real skill set in digital marketing, this role is for you.
