Senior Academic Counsellor

We are looking for dynamic, student-focused Admission Counsellors who are passionate about education and excited to thrive in a fast-growing business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert leads for multiple programs in collaboration with renowned universities and institutes.
• Provide detailed counselling to prospective students via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Guide students on courses like Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, and Machine Learning.
• Consistently achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets (revenue and enrolments).
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and communication until the learner is successfully onboarded.
• Travel across universities Pan India to counsel students, conduct seminars, and represent Datagami at academic events.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to understand and convey program value to potential students.
• Approachable, energetic, and empathetic personality.
• Passion for delivering top-tier student support and guidance.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel extensively across India for student counselling sessions and university interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
