Position Overview The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. This role demands strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills to ensure smooth hiring across multiple departments and locations. Key Responsibilities Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads. Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication and fit. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database regularly. Coordinate with candidates for offer letters, onboarding, and induction. Build relationships with colleges, placement officers, and training institutes for bulk hiring. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives (walk-ins, job fairs, webinars). Provide weekly hiring status reports to HR Manager and senior management. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to meeting targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply). Experience in campus hiring or mass recruitment for entry-level roles will be an added advantage. Reporting To: HR Manager Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience Work Environment: 6-day working (Mon–Sat), Saturday Half day and Work from Home.
