We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Academic Counselor to guide students in making informed academic and career choices. The role involves counseling prospective students, mentoring junior counselors, managing admission targets, and ensuring high levels of student satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career options, and admissions.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
• Guide students in identifying their strengths, career goals, and appropriate learning paths.
• Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and leads generated through various channels.
• Conduct orientation sessions, seminars, and workshops for students.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Monitor and mentor a team of academic counselors to ensure effective student guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, admissions, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated with market trends, industry requirements, and competitor offerings.
• Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction at all touchpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or student support.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for seminars, events, and institutional tie-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
