Senior Academic Advisor

As a Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant at Hero Vired, you will be responsible for engaging with potential learners and guiding them through our enrolment process. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls and follow up with leads to meet and exceed sales goals. - Engage with prospective candidates through various channels such as telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chats. - Build impactful discussions with candidates to help them enroll in our programs. - Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion, using CRM systems like Salesforce, Lead Squared. - Adhere to high-quality sales practices and processes to consistently drive results. Qualifications Required: - 1-5 years of experience in a B2C sales environment with a proven track record of sales achievements. - Solid understanding of Dialer Operations and CRM management, specifically with tools such as Salesforce, Lead Squared, and NoPaperForms. - Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills. - High level of ownership and the ability to establish processes from scratch. - Strong focus on achieving results and perseverance when facing challenges. - Prior experience in a startup environment is preferred.
