• Master’s degree in

  Management, Economics, Social Work, Rural Development

  , or related discipline from a recognized university/institution.
• Minimum

  10 years’ experience

  in livelihood, rural development, or poverty reduction programs.
• Proven leadership in

  internationally funded projects

  .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of livelihood improvement initiatives.
• Provide strategic direction and technical support to the project team.
• Manage project staff and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Develop market linkages, income generation models, and community empowerment activities.
• Coordinate with government, donors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with donor guidelines, reporting, and financial management.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Knowledge of participatory approaches, gender inclusion, and sustainability.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project locations.
