Job Description

  • Multi-Channel Support: Address customer queries via phone, email, and live chat simultaneously or sequentially.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve complaints, process requests, and provide detailed product/service information.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet targets for response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Adherence: Follow company policies and procedures for professional handling of issues.
  • Essential Skills & Qualifications: Communication: Excellent verbal (English) and strong written communication.
  • Technical: Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Soft Skills: Problem-solving, multitasking, time management, and conflict resolution.
  • Education: High school diploma required; degree often preferred.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
  • Typical Environment: Industry: BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), Customer Service, Technical Support.
  • Work Setup: Can be office-based or work-from-home (WFH), with shifts including day, night, or rotational.
  • Hiring for freshers and Tamil speaking candidates
