Desired Candidate Profile:

Fresher or Experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication.
Min 1 Year of relevant experience for SME
Language needed: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam & Kannada along with good communication skills in English.
Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
NO COMPROMISE ON LANGUAGE SKILLS
Only Immediate joiners.
Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 22 WPM and 85% accuracy.
Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
Should be comfortable working for 5 days - Rotational shifts with 2 days rotational offs (24/7).

Candidate should have all the educational, Experience and mandate ID proof
