Experience Required: 1–2 years (Freshers with completed modules can also apply)

About the Role

We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary who can assist in corporate compliance, drafting, and regulatory filings. The candidate should have completed CS Executive or be a CS Professional candidate awaiting membership. The role involves supporting the CS team in ensuring all statutory compliance under Companies Act, MCA, and related regulations.

Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance & Filings

  • Assist in drafting and filing MCA forms (DIR, MGT, AOC, PAS, SH forms, etc.).
  • Prepare statutory registers as required under the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of annual returns and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with ROC, RBI, FEMA, LLP Act, and SEBI guidelines (as applicable).
  • Assist in obtaining various registrations, licenses, and renewals.

Secretarial Work

  • Draft Board Meeting and General Meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Update and maintain minutes books and statutory records.
  • Assist in preparing Board reports, director reports, and secretarial documents.

Corporate Governance

  • Assist in corporate restructuring tasks like share allotment, transfer, increase in capital, etc.
  • Maintain compliance calendars and monitor deadlines.
  • Support internal audits and secretarial audits.

Client Coordination (If applicable)

  • Communicate with clients regarding required documents, timelines, and status of filings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and compliance completion.

Requirements

  • CS Executive passed / CS Professional student (semi-qualified).
  • Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, and MCA filing procedures.
  • Good drafting skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work under timelines and maintain accuracy.
  • Familiarity with MCA V3 portal, trademark filing portal, or other regulatory systems (preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Good understanding of corporate compliance and documentation.
