Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce portals (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, etc.) Operate Shopify Software for managing orders, stock, billing, and reporting Creating and posting content on social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts) Handle customer messages, comments, and feedback on social media & portals Monitor performance of listings, traffic, and conversion rates Run and manage basic online ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) under supervision Coordinate with internal teams for product photos, price updates, and stock details
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries: purchases, sales, journal, and expenses. Ensure accurate cost accounting and monitor raw material consumption. Handle inventory valuation, job work entries, and production cost tracking. Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time. Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with internal controls. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly MIS reports. Perform bank reconciliations, vendor payment tracking, and ledger scrutiny. Work closely with stores/factory team for material inward-outward reconciliation. Handle the Accounts department with Maturity
1. Identify and approach potential new buyers in domestic & international markets. 2. Assist in developing new buyer accounts through presentations, samples, and follow-ups. 3. Maintain buyer database, inquiries, and correspondence. 4. Coordinate with design & production teams to meet buyer requirements. 5. Track market trends to suggest new business opportunities.
