Role DescriptionAbout theRoleWe are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional who can seamlessly manage client interactions, business presentations, and follow-ups. The candidate will act as a bridge between our firm and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery of information, and professional representation of the firm.Key Responsibilities• Client Meetings & Relationship Management• Conduct meetings with existing and prospective clients (online/offline).• Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for solutions.• Ensure continuous follow-ups and maintain strong professional relationships.• Business Communication & Documentation• Draft professional emails, proposals, and business communications.• Prepare and deliver client-ready PowerPoint presentations, reports, and pitch decks.• Maintain documentation of discussions, agreements, and progress updates.• Coordination & Support• Liaise with internal teams (CAs, analysts, and partners) to gather information and prepare client deliverables.• Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.• Support business development activities and assist in onboarding new clients.Key Skills & Competencies• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal & written).• Strong client-handling ability with a professional demeanor.• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).• Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively.• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proactive approach
