Key Accountabilities

  • Execute sales and consistently achieve defined targets for semi-finished formulations (pellets, granules, ready-to-compress blends, pre-mixes, etc.).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business in semi-formulations across domestic and international markets.
  • Identify, engage, and secure new B2B opportunities with formulation manufacturers, CDMOs, nutraceutical companies, and contract partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, supply chain, regulatory) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to drive product development, innovation, and competitiveness in semi-formulations.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

  • 3–10 years’ experience in sales/business development in semi-finished formulations, formulations, or contract manufacturing services.
  • Strong understanding of formulation development, B2B sales models, and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and drive growth in the semi-formulations & formulations segment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams to translate client requirements into commercial opportunities.
