Semi-Formulation - Sales

You will be responsible for the following in your role at Scimplify: Role Overview: Scimplify is a specialty chemicals manufacturing company based in Bengaluru, India, serving various industries such as pharmaceutical, agrochemical, industrial, personal care, and home care. As part of the team, you will play a key role in executing sales strategies and expanding business in semi-formulations across domestic and international markets. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Execute sales and achieve defined targets for semi-finished formulations such as pellets, granules, ready-to-compress blends, and pre-mixes. - Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business in semi-formulations across domestic and international markets. - Identify, engage, and secure new B2B opportunities with formulation manufacturers, CDMOs, nutraceutical companies, and contract partners. - Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and channel partners. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, supply chain, regulatory) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. - Provide market intelligence and feedback to drive product development, innovation, and competitiveness in semi-formulations. Qualifications Required: - 3-10 years of experience in sales/business development in semi-finished formulations, formulations, or contract manufacturing services. - Strong understanding of formulation development, B2B sales models, and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector. - Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and drive growth in the semi-formulations & formulations segment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented mindset. - Ability to work closely with technical teams to translate client requirements into commercial opportunities.,
