SEM Campaign Manager

Role Overview We’re looking for a data-driven and results-focused SEM Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. This role requires strong attention to detail, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns that drive real business results. Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize paid search (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads Conduct in-depth keyword research and structure campaigns for optimal performance Write compelling ad copy and test variations to improve CTR and conversion rates Monitor campaign performance daily and implement strategic optimizations Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs including CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Quality Score Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign goals with broader business objectives Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience managing SEM or PPC campaigns Solid understanding of paid search platforms, bidding strategies, and ad formats Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions Organized and efficient at managing multiple campaigns and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience with Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, or lead generation funnels Familiarity with tools like Google Data Studio, SEMrush, or Excel for reporting Background in ecommerce, SaaS, or B2B campaigns is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay and clear growth path Autonomy to lead SEM strategy and execution Exposure to diverse campaigns and industries Collaborative environment focused on results Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
