Job Title: Business Development Manager Seller Acquisition (Niche Products) Location: Multiple Locations South, East & West Zones No. of Positions: 3 Work Mode: Hybrid Interview Process: 2 Virtual Rounds About the Role : We are hiring a passionate and performance-driven Business Development Manager Seller Acquisition , a strategic initiative aimed at revolutionizing the ecommerce space with niche, viral, and high-potential product categories. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in identifying trending products, onboarding new sellers, and enabling them for long-term success on the platform. It combines responsibilities of seller acquisition, onboarding, and category performance management. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively identify and acquire sellers offering viral, profitable, niche, and untapped products. • Execute end-to-end onboarding of new sellers, ensuring a seamless experience. • Analyze product and market trends to tap into high-demand and underserved categories. • Monitor performance, engagement, and sales enablement of onboarded sellers. • Serve as a partner to sellers to help them maximize visibility, performance, and profitability. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth integration of new sellers into the platform ecosystem. Ideal Candidate Profile: • 2-5 years of experience in seller acquisition and onboarding on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Glowroad, or RoposoClout. • Solid understanding of product trends, viral categories, and market demand. • Prior experience with initiatives like Amazon Kaarigar, Flipkart Samarth, Craftsvilla, Jaypore, etc., is a strong plus . • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with a seller-first mindset. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
