Role: Seller Onboarding Associate

You’ll own seller acquisition, onboarding, activation, and early success.


What You’ll Own:

Seller Acquisition

  • Generate & qualify leads from YouTube, Facebook, Instagram
  • Run outbound calls and WhatsApp outreach
  • Pitch Zoop’s value & convert sellers by selling nothing short of a dream

Onboarding & Activation

  • Guide sellers through account setup & store configuration, become their POC
  • Support their first few live sessions
  • Track early performance and ensure successful activation

Growth Support

  • Work with supply success, marketing & product
  • Flag friction points & suggest improvements
  • Execute activation nudges and seller programs

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate onboarding records
  • Share weekly insights on funnel performance


What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves

  • 1–2 years

    in Sales, Telesales, Onboarding, or Customer Success
  • Excellent communication in Hindi & English
  • High energy, target-driven
  • Basic understanding of

    e-commerce or consumer internet

  • Passion for sales and helping sellers grow


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience onboarding SMBs or entrepreneurs
  • Familiarity with CRM tools


Success Metrics

  • 50+ sellers onboarded monthly
  • High first-live activation rate
  • 150+ quality interactions monthly
  • Month-on-month improvement in onboarding funnel

Work Arrangement:

In-office role at Chhatarpur, Delhi (5 days/week)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
