Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to fill the role of Manager Operational Excellence LDC in Novartis India, located in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and excellent operational excellence skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive change.

Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making.

Design and execute experiments to test new processes and procedures.

Communicate changes and results to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in IT Services & Consulting.

Strong understanding of operational excellence principles and practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Strong knowledge of data analysis and interpretation to inform business decisions.

Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools.
