Job Description: Site Supervisor Location: Rudraram, Patancheru Experience: 5-15 years Job Type: Full-time / On-site Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee the layout planning, construction, and development of a farm along with associated housing facilities. The candidate should have prior experience in construction projects and be well-versed in managing on-site execution and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Supervise construction of dairy sheds, cow housing, feed storage units, and residential quarters. Ensure site work adheres to the layout plan, structural drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with civil contractors, electricians, plumbers, and farm consultants. Maintain daily reports, work logs, and track project progress against timelines. Inspect quality of materials used and ensure work is as per standards. Monitor site safety and labor compliance at all times. Assist in procurement coordination and inventory management of construction materials. Liaise with architects, consultants, and farm operations team to resolve site-level challenges. Key Skills: Site supervision - civil & farm structures Project coordination and documentation Vendor and labor team management Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and water systems Qualifications: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision (preferably in construction/agri/farm projects) Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and layout drawings Preferred Candidate: Candidates with prior experience in residential, farm, commercial or agri-tech projects will be given preference. Knowledge of local language and ability to stay on-site is an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities Prepare design documents, including presentation drawings and BOQ preparation. Coordinate with consultants for design review and approvals from concerned authorities. Create detailed designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in architecture or related field (diploma holders can apply). B.Arch degree in Any Specialization; Diploma holders may also be considered. Proficiency in architectural drafting, design coordination, and design review processes. Strong understanding of residential project management principles and practices.
