Job Title: Regional Segment Lead MBC & AMI Services (Power & EPC)

About the Role:

Segment Lead MBC & AMI Services (Power & EPC)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a regional growth roadmap for MBC/AMI/EPC utility services.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with DISCOMs, AMISPs, and EPC players.
Lead technical and commercial solutioning aligned with RDSS/state funding policies and utility CAPEX/OPEX models.
Oversee SLA adherence and ensure seamless project execution across internal and partner teams.
Drive billing and collections, proactively addressing revenue or recovery bottlenecks.
Manage tender participation, including consortium development and bid strategy formulation.
Maintain strong governance on contract compliance, risk mitigation, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B. Tech/B.E. in Electrical and Electronics; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10+ years’ experience in power utility services, with significant exposure to MBC, AMI, EPC-based delivery and solar energy solutions.
In-depth knowledge of AMISP frameworks, RDSS scheme guidelines, and regulatory landscapes.
Demonstrated leadership in managing utility accounts and executing high-value service contracts.
Strong commercial understanding and ability to manage complex project risks and contractual obligations.
