Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Develop, implement, and review security policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct routine patrols of the facility to deter criminal activity and ensure safety.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and guest inquiries, maintaining a professional demeanour at all times.
• Train and mentor security staff in effective safety practices, emergency procedures, and customer service techniques.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to maintain strong community relations and support incident resolution.

Requirements

• Preference to Ex-Service Men, age limit: 45.
• Immediate Joiner Needed.
• Work Location: Igatpuri
• Proven experience in a supervisory security role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and emergency response protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capability to manage a team under pressure.
• Valid security license and certification in first aid/CPR are preferred.
• Ability to assess situations quickly, make sound decisions, and act decisively in emergencies.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
