Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Taj City Centre, with 3-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate security personnel for effective crowd control and safety.
Develop and implement security protocols to prevent accidents and incidents.
Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.
Train and guide security staff on emergency response procedures.
Monitor and report any security breaches or concerns to senior management.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of security principles and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
Familiarity with emergency response procedures and protocols.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
