Security supervisor is responsible for daily falling and briefing. During briefing sessions supervisors have to brief the security guard regarding operation related topics and as per the training schedule provided by training officials. Supervisor need to conduct at least 15 minutes briefing everyday Supervisors need to conduct frequent patrolling during shifts, and keep the record of near miss unsafe acts, operation lags and observe the major and minor maintenance issues of the company. Supervisors are responsible for basic grooming of security guards, their turnout and discipline. Supersor are responsible for regular training of security guards. Supervisors are responsible for preparing the daily duty roster of their respective sites, discrepancies of security personnel. Supervisor are responsible for preparing their daily site reports i.e. total strength, WO, and absconding. Supervisors are responsible for inspecting the fire fighting equipment, and report the same if there are any lags. Supervisors need to keep the record of incident, material movement, access control and maintain other registers as per the sop of the company. Supervisors need to verify the maintained record from their superior once in a week or month. Security supervisor needs to make the outstanding RGP report once in a month and share the same with the concerned department for closing. Hazard identification and the assessment. Risk assessment.
