We are seeking a Recruitment & Operations Coordinator for our Security Services Division who will be responsible for sourcing, training, deploying, and managing guards and supervisors across sites. This role is critical to maintaining manpower readiness, discipline, and site compliance. Key Responsibilities: Handle recruitment and final selection of security guards and supervisors as per eligibility criteria. Conduct pre-joining orientation and basic training on security duties, discipline, and protocol. Visit client sites for on-site training, discipline enforcement, and coordination. Manage timely deployment and back-up staffing for absenteeism or vacancy. Maintain daily reporting on manpower strength, discipline, and duty schedule. Ensure compliance with uniform standards, ID card issuance, and document verification. Be available for outstation assignments for deployment or training when required. Act as the point of contact for clients and site managers for workforce-related issues. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security operations or manpower coordination. Strong leadership, communication, and crisis-handling ability. Ability to conduct and explain training sessions. Should be flexible to travel and manage emergency deployments. Knowledge of compliance (PF, ESI), shift rosters, and duty allocation.
