Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate security personnel for effective crowd control and safety.
Develop and implement security protocols to prevent accidents and incidents.
Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.
Train and guide employees on security procedures and emergency response.
Manage incident investigations and report findings to senior management.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in security supervision or a related field.
Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and laws.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
Familiarity with emergency response procedures and protocols.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
