Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in security management, with a strong background in supervising and managing security personnel.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and manage security personnel to ensure effective security measures.
Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and mitigate potential threats.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless security operations.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role in the Hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of security principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
