Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Security Operations Centre team.
Develop and implement effective security strategies to ensure the organization's safety and integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Provide training and guidance on security best practices to team members.
Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Security Operations Centre Team Lead or similar role.
Strong knowledge of security operations, incident response, and threat analysis.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
