Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Must have the experience in handling the Brewery Plant Operation.
Must be from Ex-service men background.
Lead the overall security function including physical security, access control, surveillance systems, and perimeter defense.
Prevent loss through effective risk assessment, threat analysis, crisis management, and security audits.
Direct and monitor physical security operations including patrols (internal and external), observation routines, and guard deployment.
Review and upgrade Security SOPs to align with dynamic business risks and compliance needs.
Liaise with local police, government bodies, and legal authorities for preventive and reactive support.
Manage security-related vendor contracts, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance.
Conduct training programs, emergency drills, and awareness sessions for security staff and plant personnel.
Ensure contractor and visitor management protocols are followed stringently.
Prepare and maintain incident reports, logs, investigation summaries, and audit findings.
Integrate technology into security monitoring and response systems for proactive threat mitigation.
