Job Description

We are actively hiring for Team Leader!!!

Roles and Responsibilities: -

To Monitor and ensure all Reports with respect to Access Control System are shared to the respective stakeholders as per the laid down procedures.
Ensure 100% upkeep of BMS/Physical Security Equipment without any issues/downtime.
To oversee security operations across of site(s) ensuring that all security protocols, policies, and procedures are being followed.
Outsourced Manpower Deployment as per Site Requirement - Ensure that adequate Security & BMS / SOC staff are deployed as per the site requirement and there are no security lapses leading to shortfall of manpower whatsoever (any concerns such as non-performance by vendor to be highlighted promptly).
Lead, train & mentor the BMS teams to enhance their technical & operational skills.
To have periodic review (both Monthly & Quarterly) of their performance and have it documented on email formally with MOM.
Attendance Records to be maintained in line to the legal regulations of state.
Implement corporate security policies, procedures, and best practices across all sites in the designated area.
To be self-updated on Crisis or BCM Situations and provide real time updates to BCM Team & Management on an instantaneous manner.
