Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Manager to oversee and manage all security operations at our Mumbai location. The Security Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and programs to ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Manage and supervise security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Conduct regular security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
Investigate security incidents and breaches, and prepare detailed reports.
Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Ensure compliance with all applicable security regulations and standards.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Security Manager (CSM) are preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience in security management, including policy development, risk assessment, and incident response.
Strong knowledge of security systems and technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in a similar industry or organization.
Knowledge of local security regulations and laws.
Experience with crisis management and emergency response.
