Security Head

Job Description: As a Security Head at the banquet facility in Pulchowk, Lalitpur, you will be responsible for overseeing all security operations and personnel. Your key responsibilities will include developing and enforcing safety protocols for events, guests, and staff, planning and implementing security arrangements for regular functions and high-risk events, coordinating closely with local authorities in case of emergencies or large-scale functions, monitoring CCTV surveillance systems, and conducting routine security audits. You will also be supervising security guards, managing shifts, ensuring full coverage, conducting staff and vendor background checks, handling conflict resolution, crowd control, and emergency response planning. Furthermore, you will be required to ensure safety compliance with fire safety norms and emergency evacuation procedures, maintain detailed incident logs, submit regular security reports to management, manage entry/exit protocols, oversee parking security arrangements, assist in VIP guest management, and coordinate with event management teams. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in training the security team in professional conduct, emergency handling, and protocol adherence. Requirements: To excel in this role, you should be a retired personnel from Police, Armed Forces, or equivalent background with proven experience in managing security in hospitality or event venues. Strong leadership, discipline, and organizational skills are essential, along with knowledge of surveillance technology, emergency procedures, and safety compliance. Being physically fit, alert, and able to work extended hours during events is a must, as well as possessing excellent communication and crisis management skills.
