Security Head

As the successful candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key areas: Role Overview: You will be overseeing Security Operations, which includes managing inbound and outbound processes, overseeing security personnel and activities, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Additionally, you will be managing Register Management by maintaining and managing security registers and records while ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of these records. Your role will also involve Leadership responsibilities, where you will lead and motivate security teams, as well as provide training and guidance when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound security processes - Oversee security personnel and activities - Ensure compliance with security protocols - Maintain and manage security registers and records - Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records - Lead and motivate security teams - Provide training and guidance to security personnel Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in security management - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with security protocols and regulations If you are interested in this opportunity, please share your resume and cover letter.
