Security Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly disciplined and experienced Security Head, preferably a retired Subedar from the Indian Army, to lead and manage our organization's security operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of staff, property, and assets, maintain discipline, and respond swiftly to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the entire security team (guards, supervisors).

Ensure 24x7 safety and surveillance of the premises.

Monitor CCTV, access control, visitor management & perimeter security.

Handle crisis situations such as thefts, fire, medical, or other emergencies.

Conduct training, drills, and regular performance reviews of the security staff.

Maintain strict discipline and professional code of conduct within the team.

Coordinate with police, fire department, and external security agencies when needed.

Maintain daily security reports and incident documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Retired Subedar or equivalent rank from Army/Paramilitary Forces.

Physically fit and mentally alert.

Strong leadership and crisis-handling skills.

Experience in industrial, corporate, or real estate security preferred.

Basic knowledge of computers, report writing, and surveillance systems.
