Security Head

As a Security & Safety Oversight / Monitoring Security personnel, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage the security of hospital infrastructure, staff, and patient areas. You will be required to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and disturbances, ensuring that all hospital gates, doors, and sensitive areas are secure at all times. In addition to security management, you will be expected to conduct regular patrols of the hospital premises, including buildings, parking lots, and outer boundaries. Monitoring CCTV and other surveillance systems, as well as responding promptly to alarms and incidents, will also be part of your daily tasks. As part of Visitor and Staff Management, you will supervise visitor entry, ensuring adherence to visiting hours, and coordinate with reception and helpdesk for visitor passes. Your role will also involve providing support in managing unruly visitors or patients effectively. During emergency situations such as fire, medical emergencies, or code alerts, you will be required to assist and respond promptly. Conducting routine fire and safety drills and training for staff will also be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Maintaining daily logs and incident reports, ensuring compliance with hospital security protocols and procedures, and managing lost and found items while maintaining proper records will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will coordinate driver and vehicle activities, ensuring efficient management of ambulance and staff transport vehicles, verifying drivers" punctuality, and compliance with safety norms.
