Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeeping staff (cleaners, attendants, janitors).
Assign specific duties to staff and inspect completed work for conformance to standards.
Ensure all areas (patient rooms, ICUs, wards, OPDs, operation theatres, etc.) are cleaned and sanitized according to hospital infection control protocols.
Monitor cleaning supply inventory and initiate reorders as necessary.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to hospital hygiene standards.
Train housekeeping staff in cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and use of equipment and chemicals.
Handle staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and replacement planning during absences.
Address and resolve complaints or requests related to housekeeping services.
Work closely with the Infection Control and Nursing departments to maintain a sterile and safe environment.
Maintain documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, health and safety regulations, and accreditation standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
